The condescending and arrogant attitude of the self proclaimed SmugMug Heroes might be the hot management style in America, but I doubt that it inspires confidence in the rest of the world- it certainly never has with me, but if you wish to operate within the internet world you are forced to take the best of a bad lot.
However due to the increasingly unimpressive business decisions and ¨improvements´ of the past twelve months by the Smugmug team, coupled with the unconvincingly justified doubling of their fees for a very static service, my Smugmug site: http://thedefinitearticle.smugmug.com will be closing within two weeks.
